Gellihaf House May 2026 Rates.

The rates shown on my booking website are per room per night, and are inclusive of breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Billing Procedure.

I ask you to pay a 50% deposit of the total booking cost. You can do this over the phone upon booking. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your room. Payment on departure can be made by credit, debit card or cash.

Arrival & Departure.

Check-in time: My standard check-in times are between 17:00 and 19:00 hours. If you wish to arrive at any other time, please advise me so I can make sure I am here to welcome you. Check-out time: by 11:00.

Occupancy.

Please note that the MAXIMUM occupancy for our Taff and Rhymney rooms is 2 persons, and the MAXIMUM for the Sirhowy room is 4 persons. Please note that guests under the age of 14 are not accepted.

Pets. 

I am sorry but I am unable to accept pets.

Smoking.

Gellihaf House is a strictly no smoking establishment, which also includes vapes. Should you smoke in your room the fire system will be activated and I will charge a fee of hundred pounds to your card for professional cleaning of your room to ensure a smoke free environment for my next guests. If you do wish to smoke you may do so outside and your hosts will provide ashtrays.

Safety & Security.

Please note if you wish to keep certain items safe I am able to secure them in a safe upon request. Gellihaf House is a private gated residence. Guests will be given a key fob on arrival for the duration of their stay for the gates. A deposit of £25 is required per key; on safe return of the key on departure, the deposit will be fully refunded. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the owners’ risk.

Replacement.

I reserve the right to charge the cost of rectifying damaged, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to Gellihaf House property or structure. 

Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation must be made by email or telephone at least one week prior to your planned arrival date. If you cancel less than one week before 4pm on the date of your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not arrive at all (no show), I will charge your credit/debit card with the full value of your booking.
