Catherine takes pride in offering you the first meal of the day made from a selection of fresh Welsh local ingredients. Each morning she will prepare for you a breakfast of your choice. Breakfast service is relaxed and informal and we hope we can provide a perfect start to your day

Breakfast
The ingredients Catherine uses for breakfast are top quality and, wherever possible, locally produced. The pork sausages and delicious dry cured bacon are sourced 1.6 miles down the road from Chris Hayman Butcher, the eggs are local and free range. Used to catering for vegetarians Catherine understands and in considerate in ensuring a tasty and enjoyable breakfast. For those not wanting a cooked breakfast Cathrine offers a continental breakfast bar teasingly loaded with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade bread, preserves and honey. Breakfast is served in the light and airy dining room on the ground floor. Please let Catherine know if you have any specific dietary requirements and she will do our best to help.
Full Welsh
The pork sausages and delicious dry cured bacon are sourced 1.6 miles down the road from Chris Hayman Butcher, our eggs are local and free range. Mushrooms are sautéed in Welsh butter and also share the plate with a good serving of baked beans. These components make Catherines full Welsh breakfast. A selection of these ingredients may be served with your choice of large soft poached eggs or fried eggs or lightly scrambled as you prefer.
Vegetarian
I have vegetarians in the family so I understand the interest and consideration in ensuring a tasty and enjoyable breakfast. Catherine is able to prepare you our speciality of avocado, chilli and lime on toast topped with a poached egg. If you prefer Catherine is happy to prepare eggs any way you wish.
Continental
For those not wanting a cooked breakfast Catherine offers a continental breakfast bar teasingly loaded with a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade bread, preserves and honey.
